My most recent food creation involved hand-whipping egg whites to soft peaks (first time!) to create a delicious Austrian dessert I discovered while on my travels.
(Note: The best Kaiserschmarrn I had was at the Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany alongside 1 liter beers. Must try!)
